About
Your individual results vary depending on how much you are willing to do the work.
While highly motivated and action-oriented individuals benefit the most, there are other factors to consider: How honest are you with yourself? How much do you really know about your challenges, weaknesses, and strengths? Do you really want to change?
Accepting the responsibility to change is not an easy task, but it’s highly rewarding once you take the initiative.
Habits, both good and bad ones, are easy to learn. Procrastination, for example, is a learned response to things you have to do but don’t feel like doing. You don’t have to unlearn it – you just have to replace it with action. Once action becomes a habit, procrastination begins to melt away until it’s gone.
