About

I want you to live a life of enrichment, empowerment, and transformation. My goal is for you to become your own therapist, self-motivator, self-healer.

Your individual results vary depending on how much you are willing to do the work.

While highly motivated and action-oriented individuals benefit the most, there are other factors to consider: How honest are you with yourself? How much do you really know about your challenges, weaknesses, and strengths? Do you really want to change?

Accepting the responsibility to change is not an easy task, but it’s highly rewarding once you take the initiative.

Habits, both good and bad ones, are easy to learn. Procrastination, for example, is a learned response to things you have to do but don’t feel like doing. You don’t have to unlearn it – you just have to replace it with action. Once action becomes a habit, procrastination begins to melt away until it’s gone.

A Collaborative, Mutually Respectful, and Positive Working Alliance

Tell me what you are currently struggling with, and we will co-create practical solutions to your problems. The solutions are ALWAYS there. We just need to discover them.

In all my years of enriching and empowering others, I have never faced a problem without a solution.

This is where cognitive shifts happen. Your approach or relationship to a situation is merely your perception of it.

Your job is to confront your challenges and take initiative. Our job is to brainstorm and experiment with what works for you and is authentically you.

About Me

How to live powerfully in life

Enriching yourself and others, integrity, authenticity, and empowerment became the foundation on which I built my private practice.

I was gifted the powerful cognitions of how to live powerfully in every aspect of life: emotionally, psychologically, cognitively, and in daily actions. Living powerfully is the best way to live. I invite you to join me in living a life of unlimited possibilities today.

I earned my PhD in clinical psychology with emphasis in depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, CA and my MBA in organizational behavior at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA. I have been practicing psychotherapy and psychological services since 2011.

I have a broad range of experience working at the following organizations: Los Angeles LGBT Center, Cedars Sinai (department of psychiatry), Maple Counseling Center (psychodynamic psychotherapy), Summit Malibu (drug & alcohol detox), APAIT (Asian Pacific AIDS Intervention Team).
